Q. Can you create
a custom piece of jewelry or make small changes to one of your existing
styles?
A. Yes we can create a custom piece or make alterations
on our existing styles. Please refer to our Custom page.
Q. What is the difference
between natural and created gemstones?
A. Created gemstones are formed in a controlled
environment whereas natural gemstones are formed by mother nature’s
natural processes. Both share the same physical, chemical and visual
properties. The lab produced gemstone is usually free from major
defects and can be structurally stronger than a natural gemstone
while also having optimum color.
Q. Will I be charged
sales tax?
A. Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders
shipped to addresses in the state of Ohio.
Q. Does Klässe
Jewelry Mfg. Corp. sell fancy colored diamonds?
A. Yes, we do sell fancy colored diamonds. Please
contact us via email with shape, size and color and one of our diamond
specialists will be in contact with you shortly.
Q. Can I purchase
from your company if I live outside of the United States?
A. Yes, however, please refer to our International
Shipping under the Shipping page.
Q. What payment
methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN
EXPRESS, DISCOVER), US money orders or cashier checks, and personal
checks (order will not be processed for 30 days or until personal
check has cleared).
Q. Am I liable for
my purchase while it is being shipped?
A. We fully insure all orders all the way to you.
That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is
always risk-free. After the package has been delivered to the shipping
address it becomes your responsibility. Klässe Jewelry Mfg.
Corp. reserves the right to have a signature required for any package
with out notification.
Q. Can you help
keep my purchase a surprise?
A. Since jewelry if often given for special occasions,
we will be flexible in helping you create a wonderful surprise for
that special someone in your life. We can expedite your delivery
for a certain date that you need the purchase delivered by, or we
can ship your order to an address other than you billing address
to help you keep your surprise. If you will not be at the billing
address to receive your purchase and wish to have it sent to an
alternate address, for security reasons, to protect our customers
against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card has the alternate
shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply make
sure that your issuing bank has this alternate shipping address
on file. (Please refer to Shipping) Note: If payment is made with,
US money order or cashier check, no verification is needed on the
alternate shipping address.
